I can beat Hard AI but have 0 clue what you guys are talking about

All this stuff about lanes. Who is eco. Who is air. Who is land. How you're supposed to follow set strategies.

Where tf do I learn all this? It sounds like a MOBA with positions. I'm kinda scared to go online as I'd just be playing like usual.

I'm not a noob to RTS but have not experienced this sort of RTS with positions and set roles. How do I figure all this out?

Dualsport on wet roads

Just slid out going 20 around a super mellow turn. I've felt the back end get squirrelly while braking before but this was like the easiest turn that I wasn't leaning into or giving gas or braking. Thing just instantly slid out before I even knew what was happening.

Is this a given with all ds/off-road tires? I know it's a bit of a dumb question but just curious on thoughts about it as I was super surprised I slide out there and even more surprised how much damage it caused me. I broke my shoulder. Meanwhile I wreck 100x off-road and am totally fine

Proximal Humerus Hairline Fracture

Fell the other day on my dirtbike. Can hardly lift my arm. Went to urgent care for x rays.

They said I have a possible fracture and want more tests. They're basically assuming it is a fracture but it's hard to see in the x ray, so I need a CT/MRI.

I am waiting for the ortho next week, and was curious if anyone has any experience in recovery time frame?

Being as it appears to be a hairline fracture and not severe at all, I'm having trouble finding people's experiences.

When will I be able to play easygoing sports like pickleball or golf again?

I'll keep this updated for anyone else that ever goes through the same

Question about a game situation when serving

I've played relatively high level tennis. State tournaments and college. Stopped playing for a decade. Now playing pickleball. Naturally I can destroy drives because it's way easier hitting a pickleball in than a tennis ball. But I am pretty garbage at pickleball strategies where my tennis instincts actually hurt me.

One situation I get into:

Serve, they return, I have to let it bounce so I stay back, and by the time I return they are both up. I normally just drive TF out of it and it gets me a point especially if placed well. But as I play better people they can return it, and I am kind of stuck at the baseline returning their shots which are way harder to drive off a volley.

What is my move here from the baseline? Lob? Try to hit in the kitchen and then come up myself? Get my initial drives lower so it's harder for them to hit a decent volley?

Just curious what higher level players do as the go to.

Was looking forward to a complex champ

He feels extremely simple and easy to pilot. I picked him up and did great in my first 3 games. Just land nails then detonate? Get a free heal and movement speed buff?

Idk like where's the complexity. He also feels super strong, like too strong, early and mid game.

Am I missing something?

Coming back to surfing from neck injury

Hey so I posted this in regular r/surfing and it got removed and then the mods banned me when I asked why it got removed in mod mail 😐 no idea why.

Long story short, I had a pretty bad neck injury a few years ago. It was bad enough it's a chronic issue. No more contact sports for me. I get headaches kinda easy. And my flexibility is way down.

However, I've been healing enough lately that I am slowly getting back into sports that I can bear. Been playing pickleball, swimming a lot, rolling around on my skateboard, even riding my dirt bike (nothin crazy).

My question is if anyone has had any neck/spine injuries and if they returned to surfing. And how hard it was on their injuries. I haven't surfed in a decade, kinda nervous to start again. How likely are you to smack your head on the board or get your neck twisted after bailing into a wave?

Idk, any input from people with similar experiences is appreciated

55 mpg after tune + Yoshi pipe?

Is this normal? I don't ride that crazy. I had an exhaust leak that I fixed n thought the bike would improve mileage but it's sitting at 55.

I was seeing comments here about getting 80...

Surfing after a neck injury

I had a really bad neck injury about 3 years ago. Took awhile to recover and still have chronic pain. I'm slowly getting back into sports, and what I once thought I'd never do again, I'm considering. Getting back into surfing. Sold all my old boards but thinking of renting a board and heading to Cocoa Beach.

Has anyone had any experience like this? Am I stupid for trying this?

I guess my main concern is hitting my head on the board somehow. But I have no experience since my injury being in the waves and falling and such.

Curious what you guys think about it.

Jumping/Track

Has anyone taken the bike to an mx track for fun or hit any decent sized jumps?

Just curious how well it holds up in the air. Are you able to whip it at all?

How does the stock suspension hold up?

I put on the Yoshi RS12 and thought I had a leak at the header gasket. Underneath the connection and also to the right of the bike I can feel air. But it's hard to tell if it's from the radiator or the exhaust.

I thought it was a leak but then totally replaced the gasket and can still feel air directly under the header connection and out the right of the bike.

Is this the same for anyone else or is it still leaking?
