If its of any help, these were from an addon pack that included those SWAT guys and that police model alongside other US themed police officers, probably the best cop model I've seen

I hope its visible on the pictures, but for some reason I super glued my serpentine heads on their bodies back then... any clue on how to undo that without breaking, or damaging the print on the minifig?

Hello, I'm a collector of Russian military gear. Something I've noticed heavily is that a lot of Chinese acquire, and sell decent Russian military gear that I rarely see on the West side of the world.
