East West Pharmacy Soliciting & littering

Anyone familiar with this ‘East - West pharmacy’?
I take pride in my building being clean & safe. Just spent the morning getting ready for the weekend.
Along comes EAST WEST pharmacy. -They move cones in front of my building to park a vehicle for half an hour
- walked right by No Soliciting signs
- rang several door bells until someone just buzzed them in…
- then knocked on every door (130 units) handing out these flyers
- left flyers on every door that wasn’t home
- left an additional pile on our mail table

Last thing I wanted to do today (99 degrees) is walk down 11 stories picking up trash scattered around my building-

My maintenance coworker sets AC to 62 degrees

I set at 72 - how do I get him to stop?

We install AC's for our tenants. I will set them at 72 & put it on medium, I live in the building, he doesn't. My apt gets cool in 10-12 min.

He sets them as low as possible & cranks them to high & tells tenants specifically not to change it.

Doesn't this wear it down quicker?

USA flags made in China…

Looking at buying flags to decorate my apartment building property, hard to find flags that are NOT from China.
250th anniversary & I’m seeing too many Chinese USA flags - WTF
Should be an international law - your country is the only country allowed to make their flag.
USA - only makes USA flags
China - only makes China flags
Brazil - only makes Brazil flags
Morocco - only makes Morocco flags
And so on…

This is before she entered the courtyard & snatched our geraniums-is it safe to assume the plants in her bags were stolen as well?
We have a 6’ plant in our lobby - I think she was contemplating stealing it as well…

Geranium thief

Wed 11:55 pm - Walked into our courtyard on Highland Ave and stole 4 geraniums which were just planted on Monday. Had plants already with her, probably taking whatever she wants….
