Anyone else with AF get these passing out waves ?

Not looking for medical advice just similar experiences:

During a AF crash does anyone else feel like they’ll pass out? I know I have this according to Dr lam…. I already ruled out everything under the sun seeing six different specialists over the last two years and they say my blood work is “perfect.”

Worsened symptoms with weight loss

Hi I’ve recently lost 12 lbs and my energy levels have dropped so much I think I was a very mild case of long covid CFS version … I could be on my feet all day most day with little pacing … anyways ever since two months 7 weeks ago my baseline dropped my energy is much lower and my resting heart rate has dropped (it’s normal now vs pots ) but I feel like hell now … I wonder if the weight loss is taking away my energy ? For reference I was eating like a fatass lol I had no restrictions other than being gluten free … I was eating close to 2800 calories per day now I’m down to 1600

My heart is low the last six weeks and I feel like hell now lol

Did weight loss increased your CIRS symptoms?

Hey I’ve recently lost 12 lbs the last few weeks and I’ve noticed ever since my pots resolved but now that my heart is normal I feel like hell because I’m used to functioning with a high heart all the time .. I assume for me pots was driven by insulin resistance which has improved a lot over the last few weeks but j feel like hell and my energy is lower than it was before.

Has this happened to anyone with CIRS ???

What happens when someone who has methylation issues takes a cyanocobamalin b12 shot ?

Hey guys, I am feeling extremely sick and even more so exhausted then before I got the B12 shot 1000 MCG‘s. Basically I am diagnosed with Long Covid fatigue and after going through a little setback of fatigue, I got so desperate for energy that I went to my PCP and she gave me a B12 shot to see if it improved my energy but instead and made me feel so much worse so sick I feel so much nausea and relentless exhaustion and it’s been like four days since I took the B12 shot, can this be the result of that or is it most likely my Long Covid just being weird?
