Hello ladies, it feels like all the online therapists are just kids in 20s with barely any life experience to actually understand a mother who is restarting career and has to navigate so much.Pleas recommend a good therapist? Did therapy actually help? I am snapping at my kids so much and feel so isolated within my home.i need help

Why are builders building these silly designs with tiny kitchens?! If it is 3 bedroom then obviously it is a family and the counter is done as soon as you put one air fryer, instpot, grinder khallas.no space for cooking chopping or just.urgh
I feel like i am in a limbo.i have 2 kids, 5 and 2 years old.my whole day just goes around them.i dont workout, focus on work, plan their activities.nothing.just them and me and their chores. That also i feel like i am not able to give enough attention to both.today i almost hit my 2 year old because she wasnt sleeping and getting an attitude.
