Baby's almost a year old! 🥹 Last year's pride is what inspired me to do drag.
The last few times I've been out in public I've felt very uncomfortable in my body. I've had so many issues with comparing my body to others and I know it's my skewed perception of reality but it's still SO hard to stop. I'm not tall by any means (5'3) and I'm a slim, "healthy " weight but when I'm around people my height or shorter than me, I end up feeling HUGE in a very negative way, kind of like a troll/giant. I look at other bodies and I feel I am seeing something so different than my own body and I end up feeling so envious of them. But when I'm at home and looking in the mirror or taking pictures, I can see myself the way I want to. And I can't confirm if my reality is my mirror or my perception of myself when I'm around other people? Just to be clear I know wanting to feel small and delicate is an issue in itself, and I am working on that as well. I'm just being transparent and it would be nice to hear similar stories.
It's finally a warm enough that I can wear this whimsical look!
I love her DOWN! I'm crushed she couldn't make the merge 😭 here's to the beauty and the booty, Ms. Morphine!
The vision for my drag has always been a b*tchy Bambi vibe or a Disney princess who's a str*pper lol
Maya Dear (My dear) is my drag persona! I'm a girl who does this as a home hobby for the time being. But I'm so excited to see where it takes me!❤️
