She started as a rock fame queen lol doll :-) I forgot to take a picture before I started sculpting, tho. The plan is to dye her hair black, cut some V bangs, then put her head into a kuromi plush. I am very much winging it.

Im making a creepy kuromi inspired vinyl faced plush figure (like a skullpanda or labubu) and I think the small pupil is cute, but the big pupil maybe looks more proportionate? What do you guys think
I'm trying to give her a more blythe style realistic nose, and little round skullpanda style lips. Any tips on keeping my air dry clay from cracking around the mouth?

I'm fixing up a bunch of secondhand dolls, and she has been by far the worst to deal with. Her hair will not stay detangled and it was falling out in clumps every time id brush her. Irs such a shame, because i love her face and the purple color of her hair. I think this is as good as she'll get.
