What I remember:
Set in the far flung future
Famous actress wears a box on their leg recording their daily interactions but scripted.
Lover from a past episode confronts her about being on TV by breaking the fourth wall of the show and she plays along as if it is was all scripted.
Lover eventually kills themselve because she refuses lost track of what is the TV show and what is real.
Reality TV show might be the wrong word but get sthe idea across.
I have Enjoy on repeat, I was lukewarm on first listen but damn it is magical...

Why The Moon is a Harsh Mistress isn't on Apple TV is just baffling to me. I know the Heinlein estate had be reluctant to release film rights since Starship Troopers. But there seems to shortage of libertarian leaning creators in Hollywood who wouldn't feel compelled to completely parody the source material.
Spin by Robert Charles Wilson is just sitting there waiting for a prestige mini series. Honestly would require minimal special effects and investments in Emmy caliber cast would be exciting.
Hyperion seems a natural for animated anthology if not full live action production.
All I remember was the aliens on earth discovered peanut butter kicked their sex drive into high gear and began exporting to home world possibly as perfume. Would've been read approximately late 90s or early 2000s.
