Rear windshield tint starting to bubble, do I have to get it re-tinted?

It won’t let me sign up, the layout of the app is broken.
There button to confirm my date is hidden underneath the keyboard. There’s no way to get the keyboard off the screen so Im pretty much have no way to start listing my clothes. I had a similar problem when trying enter my email to sign up but I got around it by signing in with iCloud. Im on a IPhone SE 2nd gen. I know I can not be the only person dealing with this issue.
