Any recommendations on autoclave settings for bags?

I typically do jars, but I'm doing bags and recently the cycle that I typically use is leaving too much water in the bags. I'm assuming through the filter patch. Any suggestions on preventing this? I run the same cycle we use for solid waste for the bags.
