AC blowing hot. Chances it’s the compressor?
2008 v6 with 211k
Anyone else had their ac go out and the compressor be the culprit?
Parts guy told me it could just be a switch.

I have about 100 acres of pecan trees. I use a bush hog on a tractor for most of it but need a zero turn for around the trees, grass at the house etc.
I’ve been told 54” or larger and I would need a commercial mower.
Whats my best bet brand wise?
I got a grant for a mower and the budget is about $5,000 so used is an option since new won’t be in that price range.
Dealers local to me include:
Toro
John Deere
Cub cadet
Kubota
Hustler
Country clipper
I’ve been told to stay away from Lowe’s, tractor supply etc.
Thanks in advance.

Any ideas on dates or design?
Eastern nc.
I also got up with the folks that donated it.
I’ve tried a trickle charger to no avail.
I have lots of family land that’s deeded in my parents and my name. My half brother is willed a portion of the land.
My half brother wants me to remove my name from deed so he has exclusive rights to it if/when they pass.
He also wants to place it into a trust claiming that if they keep it as it is; it will go into probate.
He’s also considering doing work on the house he lives in which was deeded to them years ago.
I suspect he is trying to get access to the land for a loan based on it being put in a trust.
I want to put stipulations on the property that 1.) any loan or debt defaults transfer the property into my name. (He’s had foreclosure proceedings twice)
2.) have right of first refusal if he ever tries to sell the land.
Any feedback or help?
I own a large pecan farm/grove and we have lots of branches that fall. Instead of just tossing the wood I’d like to see what some of you have done with the wood to incorporate it into my barn furnishings and decor!
