Smell of beef cooking makes me want to throw up

Not diagnosed, but planning on getting the test on my next appointment a week from now. I was curious if anyone else has a similar experience. Does anyone else get sick smelling beef cooking? My mom is currently making tacos and the smell of it is just so repulsive. It feels like I'm going to throw up. Luckily I have some good nausea/vomiting medication from my previous appointment.

Therapists, how would you recommend starting to talking about a difficult subject?

I've been talking to a therapist recently, about three months now. We've been mainly talking about issues with work/family. Today, the idea of dissociation/derealization was mentioned. I admitted that it happens and my therapist asked me to log whenever I have these experiences.

The thing is I didn't mention that I've considered the idea that I might have some type of dissociative disorder. I completely forgot this was thing until now. Each time I've considered the idea, I end up convincing myself that I'm crazy/being dramatic and forget about it. I believe this has happened four times now.

I know I should mention it to my therapist, but I'm terrified at the idea I might be right. I'm also scared that I might be wrong, and that it'll come out as attention seeking/being fake. The idea of telling someone, especially a therapist, feels insane.

I truly feel like I'd just rather forget about it again. It feels like that would be way easier than to actually deal with the issue. I know whole heartily that this is a thing I should actually mention. Any advice on how to mention my thoughts to my therapist?

Prayer request for a shooting happened at my work

Please pray for the victims and their families. This isn't normal for our area. I was there when it happened, but luckily didn't experience any of the violence. I'm considering going to a few therapy sessions, I saw some things I didn't want to see.

New hammock overnight!

My jumper decided to abandon their old (poorly made) hammock and made a new one while I was gone overnight. It kinda tunneled around the top of the moss hide. Really wish I could have taken a peak or two when they built it ☹️ Their OG hammock somewhat faced where I spend most of my time. Could I have stressed them out from their OG hammock? The new one is wayyyy thicker/complex then the old one. She put it on the opposite side of the enclosure. I've nearly had her for two weeks now. Blue represents the old one and green is the new one.

Currently forming a relationship with Horus, with a good likely good he'll become a patron for me. What's your relationship with him like? I've heard that some people say he's a bit distant/quiet, but so far I haven't had that experience. Any thoughts? I understand the Netjeru come to people in different ways, and I'm just likely experiencing that.

Just had a fat meal yesterday. Did I overfeed her slightly? Sorry for the poor quality, I'm terrible at taking photos of these guys.
