Software to track individual attendee history across events, without Wild Apricot pricing?

We're a small nonprofit that runs a lot of events. Free monthly mixers (70 to 100 people), members-only events, and professional development events that are free/discounted for members and full price for non-members.

Right now we use DonorBox because it's free and lets us set up each event separately. It works fine for registration and payments. The problem is attendance tracking.

We can see who attended a single event and export that to Excel. What we can't do is pull up one person and see every event they've attended over time. And the bigger issue: DonorBox only credits the ticket purchaser. So if one person buys 5 tickets for their friends, we only see the buyer as an attendee. The other 5 people are invisible in our records.

We want something that automatically ties attendance to each individual attendee, not just the purchaser, and rolls it into their profile. That way we can see how engaged each member and non-member is across events over time.

We looked at Wild Apricot and it does what we need, but at our volume the pricing gets close to $400/month, which we can't do.

For scale: 500 to 1,500 total contacts (members and non-members combined). Budget needs to be well under Wild Apricot. Open to either replacing DonorBox entirely or adding a tool alongside it.

Anyone using something that handles this without breaking the bank? Would love recommendations from people running similar event volume.

Looking for a pest control recommendation. Possible wasp nest in lamp post!

Hey all, looking for a solid pest guy in the Fresno area who sprays for wasps. Noticed some activity around my outdoor lamp post — there are a few holes drilled into the post itself and I think wasps might be building a nest inside it. Saw a couple of them going in and out of one of the holes.

Want someone reliable who can come spray/treat it before it gets worse.

[Hiring] Looking for Designer to Create a Recurring Photoshop Template ($30)

This graphic is part of a recurring series used to recognize community members and share updates about advocacy efforts, meetings, and community initiatives. Because we plan to create these posts regularly, we're looking for a professional Photoshop template that can serve as a consistent visual theme across the entire series.

The template should be easy to update with new photos, names, dates, headlines, and discussion topics each month.

Here is my version of the graphic: https://imgur.com/a/vfp3QPP

I created the attached graphic myself, but I'm not a graphic designer and would like help turning it into a polished recurring template.

If I were rating my own design, I'd give it about a 6/10. It's functional and communicates the message, but it doesn't yet feel like a professional, finished template. I'm looking for someone who can take the concept and create a version that is a significant improvement over what I've put together.

The goal is to create a Photoshop (.PSD) template that I can easily update each month by changing:

  • Photo
  • Date
  • Headline
  • Name
  • Topic list

I'm looking for:

  • Clean, modern design
  • Strong visual hierarchy
  • Professional appearance
  • Layered PSD file
  • Easy for a non-designer to update
  • Designed as a recurring series rather than a one-time graphic

The attached image is my current version and should be used as a starting point. I'm open to layout improvements and creative suggestions.

I'd like something that feels more like a professional community organization or advocacy campaign and less like a basic flyer.

Budget: $30

Please send:

  • Examples of similar work
  • Estimated turnaround time
  • Confirmation that the final deliverable will be a layered PSD

Does soda taste like disgusting syrup to anyone else in this sub?

I haven't drank soda in years, and whenever I do take a tiny sip it literally tastes like pure syrup and I want to gag, just curious if anyone else feels the same way? I am absolutely addicted to cereal and ice cream though, and I've quit sugar for 14 days

[For Hire] Instagram FAQ carousel designer — Photoshop, source files included ($150)

Hi! We're looking for a designer to design, lay out, and polish an Instagram FAQ carousel for our free community tennis program.

What's already done:

A. We've built the Photoshop files with rough drafts of the text and selected photos for each slide.

To be clear though, the titles, text, and photos all still need to be moved and rearranged. I focused only on the wording and which photos go on each slide, not on placement.

B. Each file has guidelines included. No wording should fall outside of those guidelines.

C. The cover slide is already designed exactly how we want it, so that one needs no edits.

The job:

  • 14 individual FAQ slides (one question + answer each), plus photos we provide for each
  • Design, rearrange, and/or polish placement of titles, text, and photos
  • Consistent branding and theme colors across all slides, based on our logo colors and the tennis court colors (we provide the logo and brand colors)

Design style:

  • Clean, modern, beginner-friendly and welcoming, sports/community-oriented
  • Strong text hierarchy and spacing, not cluttered
  • Built specifically for Instagram carousel format

Important:

  • All text must stay within the marked guidelines and be easily readable on Instagram (mobile)
  • No AI-generated design
  • Everything must be fully editable

Deliverables:

  • Final exported slides (1080×1350 preferred)
  • Fully editable Photoshop source files

Budget: $150 total — includes all revisions and the Photoshop source files.

Please send:

  • Examples/samples of similar carousel or social media work
  • Confirmation you can work in Photoshop and deliver editable PSDs

Thanks!
