Why, oh WHY does it take ten chapters for me to be able to freely swap Crystarium roles and my battle lineup? Just got to the Ark (first time playing through it fully after years of being unable to - damn the first chapters just drag) and now it decides to open something up that is typically opened up in earlier games after the first few hours?

It's a pretty good game once the story gets rolling but it takes way too long for it to truly open up.

So I had an interview for a legal internship earlier today, and I think it went well, but wanted to hear some thoughts.

The attorney i interviewed with said at least once during the interview that I was doing "everything right "

He introduced me to another attorney in the firm

Asked me questions such as "am I more of a Sheldon Cooper or a Leonard Hofstedter?"

Stated that if I started I would be in court as early as Monday

​

When I mentioned I was gonna be out of town, asked when I'd be back.

He even came out to meet my mom (he had called me for an interview literally right as she was grabbing me to visit her and my brother) and told her she raised a good kid.

This is a popular firm for legal internships, and they said they would contact me hopefully tomorrow (Friday). Is all of this a good sign?

Oh, and it says delivery date unknown.

Was trying to install Aroma today on a Wii U I had bought exclusively for CFW and homebrew. I've hacked my PS3, PSP, and New Nintendo 2DS XL before the Wii U so I have some experience with homebrewing and CFW.

Anyways, I have all the folders I need for Aroma extracted onto a FAT32 USB drive. I am able to get past the Quick Menu and it hangs on the Wii U logo.

I have unplugged it, tried moving the Gamepad away from the console, moved the Gamepad towards the console, even used the button method. Hanging on the logo is the only issue. There is no error code, or black screen so I think it's just simply softbricked, which would hopefully allow me to use the UDPIH method. I have everything I need except for the Raspberry Pi Pico. However some sites say I need some CFW, notably Aroma and I believe Minute. Since I was unable to actually install Aroma on the console, am I still able to use the UDPIH method?

In case it's important, it is the Black deluxe 32GB model which are infamous for failing NANDs.

With CD-1 typically voting red, what do you guys think of Jake Johnson's electability? I know in a poll back in February it was a close race between the two, with Finstad holding a 3% lead, 44%-41%. I plan on voting for Johnson because I'm sick of Finstad kowtowing to Trump and private interests (he was one of the reps who passed the bill allowing mining near the BWCA), but I know Dem candidates face an uphill battle with how conservative the district is. So, what do you all think? Will Johnson pull an upset? Or will it be the same, another two years of Finstad?

After almost ten years of credit card debt that started when I was the victim of fraud at 18, I finally have my debt discharged. Now that I've been granted a clean slate, does anyone have any tips on how to not fall back into debt? I have just one card, a secured card from Self, Inc that I also had before my discharge (I was able to reapply), and really that's the only card I want as of now.

In order for me to get my pre-law degree I need to have an internship, however I am not finding any publicly available from the various firms in my city. How do firms feel about cold-calling to ask for internships? What is the process to go about doing so? Do I try to find the HR coordinator/internship director? Internship is the last step in my degree before I am able to graduate.
