So I have a HDFC COOP. I'm on SSDI disability. The taxes are already included in my maintenance fee. So where does a tax break happen when your in a COOP?
I see this on the application:
"Ineligible Properties: Your property cannot be within a housing development that is controlled by a Limited-Profit Housing Company, Mitchell Lama, Limited Dividend Housing Company, Redevelopment Company, or Housing Development Fund Company (HDFC). However, if your property is located in an HDFC development and participates in the Division of Alternative Management Program (DAMP), your property may be eligible for tax exemptions."
Is there a point in my finding out if my building is DAMP? Where would the tax break come from?
From 1972 by Romare Bearden. Its 18 feet wide. And there is also an audio component.

The LA forensics witnesses testified her clothes were "dirty" and covered in dirt and "plant material".
It seems like she was killed in the garage since there was no testimony about blood in the house. And then she was transferred to the car back trunk at some point (based on there being alot of blood). Then she was dismembered in the inflatable pool. There was blood soaked into the floor and on the tesla charger all in the garage. So everything happened in the garage. If she was just put in the body bag from the garage and into the frunk would there have been dirt and plant material?
The multiple long trips into Santa Barbara and the shovel seem to point to her being buried at some point? He bought the shovel April 24. Then he bought the body bag May 1 and the chainsaws after that.
So was she buried for a few days? Then he changed his mind, dug her up and started buying supplies to dismember her? And those few days is how her clothes got dirty and got covered in plant material?
It doesn't really make sense to me but that would explain the dirt and then the other purchases that show he had a new plan.
There is no show at Radio City Tonight so I took some photos of the beautiful details that are often blocked from view.
I also adore the Rockefeller subway signs so I thought I'd share all the deco signs and details I saw on the way to my Dr's today
It scrolls through a whole message. Ill post screenshots
This was for the opening of the GWB. My mom says October 1929. My Grandfather was a new cop but knew how to drive because he was a farm boy from Vermont.
At that time not alot of other cops could drive so he got to drive at the opening ceremony.
Looking at Wikipedia I'm not sure if the date is right. She says October 1929 and she's pretty sharp still.
Im sure there will be more coming. You know they're going to be printing like crazy.
I told Kool Herc I loved him at an art exhibition. I've had a few conversations with Melle Mel. I danced on stage with Spike at his Prince Purple People Party. I've seen Tracy a few times in the diamond district in a different flash car everytime and told him I loved his music when hes at the stoplight. i've had a million conversations with John Tuturro.
None of these count but I bumped into Alicia Keys all by herself just north of Madison Square Park. She was all dolled up to. Stunning woman. Oh I've seen Debi Mazaar at the farmers market. Her eyes are otherworldly.
Bonus, not a legend: I told Andy Dick to go fuck himself around 20 years ago because he was in a verbal argument with a woman across from that dinner on 57th and Park. I don't know what the argument was about but he was clearly in the wrong.
Who are some people you know that you personally consider a NYC legend???
ZocDoc is showing none but that cant be right??? Or is it?
So its absolutely devastating that Dr. Polizzi is leaving. What is everyone doing? Have you found a new cardiologist yet?
