So I joined this company about 28 days ago and honestly it's been a mess from the start.

My team lead straight up lashed out at me and said "dimaag nhi hai kya?" in front of others. On top of that, during a supplier call he aggressively slammed my phone onto the table while taking to the supplier. I'm a new joinee and this is already the environment.

Before anyone asks — there's no HR, no PF, it's a classic lala company. The TL is just a regular employee though, not the owner's family or anything.

Here's why leaving feels like a clean exit:

• Got my April salary on May 7th ✅
• Only ~12 days of May salary pending
• No PF = no financial entanglement
• Less than 1 month = not putting it on my resume = no BGV issues
• Family is financially stable, so no immediate pressure to stay for the money

My plan is to message the owner on WhatsApp, state my last working day, and request pending salary in writing. Clean exit, no drama with the TL.

BUT — I wanted to ask Reddit before I pull the trigger:

• Should I just leave now or is there something I'm not thinking about?
• Has anyone regretted leaving a job this early?
• Did you manage to get your pending mid-month salary from a lala company after quitting?
• I have not worked before, this is my first job. Have 2 years of Gap after graduation though due to figuring out what to do in my life.

Genuinely torn between "just get out" and "am I overreacting?" — would love some real opinions. 🙏
