Need Help with Cathay Pacific Baggage Allowance

Hi everyone,

I have a Bangalore - Incheon Korea flight via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific, and I have a few questions regarding the baggage policy.

If anyone has flown this route or with Cathay Pacific recently, I'd really appreciate your help.

  1. Checked baggage: My ticket includes 23 kg of checked baggage, but I can't find any information about the number of bags allowed. Can I split the 23 kg across multiple suitcases (or a suitcase and a rucksack), as long as the total weight doesn't exceed 23 kg?
  2. Cabin baggage: The allowance is 7 kg. Does this mean I can only carry one backpack, or am I allowed to carry both a backpack and a cabin trolley ?

Definitely not a great situation to be in

Messi needs to be subbed in but not sure against whom.

Maybe one from the argentina midfield?

I have a feeling yamal might score points tonight.

Tough to bet on todays match

It's tough to bet on today's match with so many rotations.

But it can be a good differential..

Guehi or Digne

I am just 1 point ahead in my mini league

All i can afford is either Guehi or Digne.

I already have molina , martinez , medina and cucurela in defence..( argentine defenders are the cheapest)

Baena , mac allister , yamal , jude B and dembele in mid .

Fwd its obvious.

I would loved to keep more french defenders but i dont have enough budget.

I will be playing clean sheet shield in SF though.

Last 30 mins left for the QF to start

Last 30 mins left.

Quick question

Mac allister + Gordon ( may start for england )

Or

mac allister + Baena

or

Mac allister + Trossard ( Belgium plays spain, hence a bit skeptical )

Hongkong PAR confusion

Hi All,

I have applied for and received my Hong Kong PAR. However, I have one concern:

my passport mentions the Place of Issue as Bengaluru, whereas the PAR shows Bangalore.

There was no option to select Bengaluru from the dropdown menu during the application process.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? What should I do in this case?

Edit :- I reapplied for the PAR last night with "Bengaluru" and it accepted. Got the revised Par. Thank you everyone

Leaning toward option A , you guys tell me..

I am really confused right now...

Is it.

A) Trossard + Dembele + dest + Mojica

B ) Dembele + lisandro martinez + Manzambi + mojica

I have 4 transfers and these are the two options i am considering.

Currently i have and have to fill another 4 players by transferring the Germans out :)

Def :- Mendes : cucurela : medina

Mid :- Saibari : Vini : De bruyne :

Fwd :- Kane : Mbappe : Messi

Gk : pickford : martinez

Perfumes based on your memories

I heard there's a place in korea which helps create perfume based on your own memories and your brainwaves.

Has anyone tried it ?

Planning a trip to South korea and wanted to know if it's worth trying.

Cathay Pacific Vs Singpaore airlines for South Korea trip

Hi All

I'm planning a trip to South Korea in August and currently have three flight options:

Air India –1l return for two

Singapore Airlines –1.3 L return for two

Cathay Pacific – 1.3 L return for two

Since I'll be redeeming my credit card points, I'll only have to pay around 30–35k out of pocket, with the remaining amount covered by points.

While Singapore Airlines is usually the obvious choice, I've explored Singapore and Changi several times, so the layover doesn't excite me anymore.

Cathay Pacific, on the other hand, is quite tempting because I can opt for an 18-hour layover and spend 9–10 hours exploring Hong Kong ( never been to Hong Kong)

How is the overall experience with Cathay Pacific compared to Singapore Airlines? Also, is a 9–10 hour city visit in Hong Kong during an 18-hour layover practical and worth it?

For Hong kong exploration :-

I have heard that PAR will help me explore the city without any visa.

How stringent are the authorities for the same?

Blr T2 080 arrival lounge experience

Visited the T2 080 Arrival Lounge in Bangalore the day before yesterday.

The lounge staff refused entry on my Infinia card and insisted on a Infinia Priority Pass instead. Interestingly, another traveler carrying a Priority Pass issued with a Regalia card was also denied access.

Additionally, the buffet was unavailable, with only an à la carte menu being offered. After placing the order, the food took nearly 50 minutes to be served, resulting in a rather disappointing experience overall..

Hoi app redirects to Adani one app

Every time I try to book a lounge through the Hoi app for bangalore T2 domestic lounge it takes me to the adani one app automatically.

Is this normal behaviour ?

Never witnessed this earlier.
