There seems to be these thoughts that come to me unbidden now that I know how I was raised. Today's thought was:

When do I remember my mother cooking a meal? 🤔

Then I look at myself and the fact that I forget to eat for days on end and have an inhuman way of ignoring hunger.

Huh. Oh that's right.

Those memories aren't there.
