Did anyone else realize how young Telepath was when he published the majority of his albums?
Born in 1997 per Wikipedia. Would have put him at 17-18 for the majority of his work. I never thought of that before.
Craft Brewery recommendations
Hi r/Brooklyn,
I'll be visiting from New Orleans to the Park Slope area in a few weeks. I've been to the Talea locations scattered about and to the Brooklyn Brewery, but looking for recs in the area for other breweries. I'll be in that area + DUMBO + Williamsburg as well. I understand there's basically a strip of 5+ breweries in Park Slope? Are they any good? Thanks in advance.
ND3 USB C ports not working?
Hi all,
recently purchased a 2024 soul red RF, everything seems to work fine except the USB C ports. However, from what I understand, the USB ports run off of the infotainment center and that's working fine. Are there any other fuses I should check, reset the infotainment system etc.. before I reach out to the dealership? I thought maybe there's an option to disable power to USB but I didn't see it.
Why is everything Thorens related so expensive?
My stock plinth has a few dents in it, went to look at custom plinths on other websites... and absolutely dumbfounded by pricing. A majority are $500+ or even 700 for a basic walnut wood one on Etsy.
The dust covers are often $200+ which is wild for a piece of acrylic.
Anyone had any luck with this, without spending 700-900 dollars on appearance alone?
Wanted to get a gauge of how other companies handle their on call, how often, what it consists of.
Right now, ours is rotating between 18-20 people so you're only on call 2-3x a year for a week.
It's supposed to be emergencies only... but sometimes we get calls like asking for assistance with webcams, printing, etc... that we're expected to help with.
For reimbursement, there's a stipend for everyone. And if you're non-exempt (hourly) you get OT of course.
As far as volume goes, it fluctuates quite a bit depending on events. I've gone an entire week with nothing, but then the person after me will have 15 calls over the course of the week.
Moving into an apartment that has a boatload of chandelier fixtures, so that means 34 completely mismatched candelabra bulbs that need replacing. I like the idea of color changing ones, but obviously with Hue, that's going to easily be $1500+ for bulbs. Looking for a more cost conscious offering, I'm open to just dimmable ones but I would prefer a white spectrum if possible (cool white, warm white etc)
Preferably something with a hub rather than wifi. I already have a Zigbee setup.
