In search of lists of proper nouns

I do a lot of hidden theme rounds and wordplay rounds, so I often find myself scanning through lists of words for good anagrams or specific endings or what-not. What I would really find useful is a big list of proper nouns drawn from Wikipedia, sorted by number of page views per year. Does anybody have anything like this?

After work spam sandwich

Fried spam, caramelized onions, blue cheese, daikon, mustard, and steak sauce on lightly toasted white bread. Excellent. Ignore the ladle, I made soup earlier.

I made a map of restaurants in Eugene open on Mondays and early on weekdays

Red is no, Green is yes. This is not a comprehensive list of restaurants yet. Also might not be completely accurate. I excluded national chains, most of those do have longer hours, but I'd really rather support local. Covid and gas prices and other things have hit the restaurant industry HARD and there aren't huge margins in the best of times. This isn't intended to shame anybody for making tough decisions about payroll or work-life balance, I'm just a hungry guy who wants more options outside of the normal 11-9 hours and thought it would be fun to run some data. I might share the links with full information later once I get it more comprehensive, this is just an overview.

Edit to add: No AI was employed, this is pure autism

What's a restaurant that you've been wanting to eat at but never seems open?

Keep it positive, please. This is meant to be a post about raising awareness of places people are excited to visit, not an opportunity to complain about stuff, that's tomorrow.
