I declined to put her in the contacts when the app asks if I want to. Now that I understand what it does how do I add her to my contacts? I’m not seeing a setting for it

I turned to my partner, he was sneaking a sip from his flask.
“Looks like they sent in Colonel Lucrezia Velasca. She’s heading to the district now. Things have definitely gone south.”
“Oh shit, it’s gonna get bloody,” he takes another sip.
I look up and see her heading our way. “Oh damn! She’s a cyborg?”
“Yeah, Class Four. I saw once destroy a pub single handed,” another sip. “Man, I’m gonna to die tonight.”
Within moments they watched her get behind a burned out vehicle. She looked at the building in front of her. You can tell, she was completely focused. She was armed with an old fashioned sawed off shot gun. In her belt under coat was an axe. She looked at her tablet then over directly at me. That red eye. Staring unblinking at me. I suddenly felt bad for the terrorists in the bar.
“You in charge?”
“No ma’m. Uhhh, he’s over there by that dumpster. Dead.”
“Ma’m? What, I’m your fucking mother?”
“Sorry”
“Name”
“Charlie”
“Okay, Chuck. Listen I hate this side of town. So let’s get this done, yeah? My team is on the way. But they’re gonna clean up after our mess. Understood?”
My partner moans, “Oh, I’m gonna die today”
She looks at him, “That’s a very good possibility.”
She marches over to where we are, “give me that flask” He hands it over and she takes a sip, “Mm, a bourbon man. Ok, there’s a back door. But they think we’re going to use it. But we know better, yeah? On the roof. There’s a hatch.” She shows us four grenadines in her coat. “No one’s getting out of there.”
“Shit”
“Ok, Chuckles let’s get going. I got shit to do later”
