Heavy weight/barbell training in the Greenville area?
Hello all! I have been lifting heavy weights at PF for a year and a half-ish with the goal of building muscle. Today I tried a snatch squat with just the bar and was humbled. I anticipate needing some guidance with more complex/heavier lifts, so I’m in search of either a trainer or a gym where I can have flexible guidance once or twice a week. I’m not looking for a super structured plan or anything at the moment, I just need someone to watch me and check out/correct my form. I’m closest to Five Forks but would venture out for the right person. Let me know your recs if you have them!
