Hey there!

So I want to ask because I genuinely want to know how to actually make this work?

I want to make a movie or anime commentary/reactor channel (almost like a mix of Danny Motta,Itsgrieves and Alex Meyers). I want to explain what happens while adding my own comedic commentary to it. I also have to keep it faceless since I don't have a decent camera and I'll be editing on my laptop.

I don't have much experience editing, scriptwriting or thumbnail making but these are all things I can learn and get better at.

What I really want to know is mostly how I can use the content of anime and or movies to make it engaging to watch. What are people more interested in? Live action shows and movies? Anime episodes? If I go the episodic route do I try and do one or two episodes per episode or try and get the entire season in?

I want to cover an array of genres like horror,k drama, comedy, all that jazz but I don't know what would work best? Or keep people the most interested?

I know saturation is a bit of a huge issue for any genre so I'm wondering if doing K drama would be the best choice?

Could you all give some tips or ideas ? I want to start doing this more of a passion project but I want to do it right and commit. I want to start doing my first video within the next month or so.

As my title says I am looking for a editor and creative partner to help me create commentary videos.

I will be the one doing all the writing and give my voice for the channel (yes this is a faceless channel). What I need is someone to take that and create good and engaging videos from that.

To be VERY clear. I can NOT pay anything since this is a channel being made from scratch essentially. However since I hope for this to be a very long term partnership, if there were to ever get to the point of being monitised there will be a share. However that is far in the future.

Now the actual content of commentary will be a mix of different things focusing more on common daily issues or just silly things to talk about. I have a few ideas lined up but things still need to get written and changed as needed. Which is why I would love a second opinion when writing scripts.

Please note that since I am a very busy person usually the scheduling for posts will be slow. At most twice a month due to all the work needed before the video gets edited. The more likely thing will be once a month. So if you also have a busy schedule I would understand.

Any amount of experience is welcome due to the amount I am asking for but having at least a decent understanding would be very nice.

Hello there.

So I'm looking to get into YouTube again(yes again) after not doing anything on my channel for years. I already deleted all my old videos, which was mostly just shorter cringy videos of the time.

Now though I want to go into a commentary/video essay type of channel. I already have a few ideas for videos but I would love some help with actually putting my idea into a video people would actually watch. If possible I would also really like if I could bounce thoughts and ideas off you. Of course that would just be a huge bonus.

Now I can't pay anyone unfortunately since this is just really the first of a very long term partnership.

Hello! I recently got my motivation back to start roleplaying again after a very tough few months. My usual application that I used has completely shut down so this is my first attempt with trying to use Reddit. I am a well experienced roleplayer of over six years I will just be a bit rusty.

I usually write about a paragraph or two(I can write more depending on how interesting and motivated I am in the plot) and I don't ever use one liners. I expect the same back.

I will mainly use Discord for any roleplays but if you have any suggestions feel free to say so.

Now to the meat of my request.

I have always loved Polyamorous Roleplays and I don't necessarily have a strict plot so any ideas I am very open to! But I do have the preference of fantasy themes. So incorporating that would be amazing. I am really open to anything as I prefer discussing things so we both can enjoy the roleplay.

I'm not very good at describing myself but I'm giving this a shot.

To put it simply...I want to get into video editing. More seriously at least. I have some basic knowledge of editing that I learned myself and I'm actively trying to learn more through tutorials on YouTube because I'm kinda broke...

The problem is I have no portfolio or samples because all of this work was lost because it has been literally years since then. I had only been editing on my phone but I want to get better and learn more.

So the meat of this post. Is there anyone willing to give me a chance? I promise to work hard. I likely will be taking slightly longer to edit because I have a very atrocious work schedule but if given a chance I promise to try my best.
