Maybe it's just me but would lens guards for the X4 not be one of the most commonly sold products on their website?

I can buy the X3 guards on the Insta360 website but not the X4?

Shopping for them on Amazon isn't my first choice since I'd rather have the official product.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I go through 4-5 pairs a year. I typically buy them in bulk.

I've tried photos, plain text, polls and everything but keep getting a notice that I can't create a post at this time. Anyone else having this issue?

Normally I've received my payment before the first of the month but I still haven't seen it yet. Has anyone else had a late payment? I'm Canadian which means that I get cheques (checks) from the US, UK and AUS storefronts. All three are a week behind.

Anyone else run into this issue? Who should I even reach out too for a solution?

I put the glasses in the charger and left it plugged into a USB-C power supply all night. When I woke up, the case light was flashing orange, the glasses were really warm and now they won't turn on at all. They are less than 6 months old. I've noticed that they were restarting often while wearing them. Is warranty work usually taken care of at the retail storefront or would I have to send them to Ray-Bans HQ

Just spent 20 minutes trying to figure out when the open swim times were at recreation centres were in the city. I ended up calling the number on the website which directed me to 311 and then had to sit through a long menu selection just to get someone to explain it to me. I'm not old, I'm fairly technical, but that site is just horrible to navigate. Am I the only one that feels that way about it?

Here's something I don't understand about Shorts. When I'm uploading the video and given the opportunity to add music, I choose something from a recognized artist that immediately upon hitting publish, I get the email stating that the video is blocked in some regions. If the music is blocked in some regions then why is YouTube offering me the music in the first place? I'm not importing music into the system, this is their music that they are offering as part of the editing process. I very rarely use music in my videos and this is why.
