Hey posting here as well. I’m Emerson, 21, working as an ironworker. I’m in LIC right now and looking to move closer to where I usually work, I would really prefer LES, but really anywhere in lower Manhattan will work.

My budget is $1500–$1750 (maybe a little more). I’ve got steady income with good credit, and move-in is flexible, but I’d like to find something sooner if possible.
