I wanted to buy this and never purchased anything from indianmart, can anyone tell me if this is legit and safe to shop from,?

I ordered this embossed ceramic plates from westside and i received the parcel today but it's damaged 😭😭 idk when did I choose for "go green" the order page says you can only return it to your near store , but there is no store near me

It's like 3 hours journey from here to reach the westside physical store ,😭😭

I have emailed the official website to pick the return parcel from my address but if that doesn't work then what should I do can anyone tell me please?

I wanted it for food grade purpose but if I can use it for decor will that be okay
