Company ancient for my RG successor.

First time doing a split colour scheme only for the ancient went for a veteran of Raven Guard and a veteran of my chapter the Cinders of Xylem.
If you have advice I’d love to hear it

Is it odd?

My chapter is a raven guard successor and to honour the parent chapter I was thinking of either painting my ancients as raven guard or doing a split paint scheme of my chapter and raven guard but could it just be seen as them being fan boys and being obsessed rather than as a cool way to honour the parent chapter?

Does anyone know how I could translate these on to models?

I wanted to make a frenzied flame styled chaos army but I don’t know how I could paint that flame in specific and I was wondering if anyone had tried before and had example or tips would all be greatly appreciated

What would help sell the librarian look?

Does this at all read as a librarian? And if not what could I do to make it more librarian like
