Hello all I am looking to implement a hygienist based production or collection bonus. They currently have a total office based bonus where they each usually earn about 200$-400$ per month. What bonus system do you have in office if any for hygienist? They do not have any other benefits besides the office bonus.
My buddy had this tooth out 3 days ago. Does it look normal for a surgical ext? He was given an immediate denture to wear right after.

Used it maybe 15 times since then
Noticed it wasn’t cutting the gum tissue as usual
Sent it in for repair : 75$ fee
Then they said the fiber optic cable needs to be replaced and it’s 550$ for that
No warranty coverage
Would never recommend this product or this company to any other dentist due to my experience.
Is this normal ? I do not have cabin overheat on. Didn’t open the app at all. How is that possible ? Or is this not normal? It’s a 2024 model x

Hello all. I’m 6 years out of school. Currently an associate near central Florida. I produce an average of 900k-1.2m per year over the last 4 years. I am looking for a practice to purchase and wanted to hear how others on Reddit found their practice and where would you recommend to find a practice besides websites such as Henry Schien, ddsmatch, etc. I feel like it’s much harder to buy a practice these days because less dentists are retiring but I could be wrong. Hello all. New model x owner. I turned on unlock all doors when close by. But when I press the handle from the outside the door isn’t opening for falcon wing doors. Any ideas ? Thanks
Just curious to hear other dentists thoughts on this. If your assistant preloads syringes and leaves them in her drawer does that pose an issue ? My other assistant brought it up to me saying that’s not safe as the needle caps came off some syringes with the movement of the drawer opening and closing.

How does it take 2 weeks to ship a car from Kentucky to Florida ? I paid almost 1k for shipping also. I understand they need to load the truck up with cars to make it worthwhile their price. But come on. After it reached Florida it’s been another 3 days even though the car is less than an hour from my carmax location. Come on man!!!
What tint % do you recommend? Did you tint the middle row small window above the head? Rear windshield ?
The x I’m getting delivered has no tint on the front windshield or front windows (driver and co passenger). It was HOT AS HELL when I got in and even with the AC on it was still bad. Im hoping that feeling of heat goes away with a good tint.

Hello all. I am curious to hear thoughts as to purchasing a used model x 2024 with 33k miles. Has FSD included. For 75k out the door. Or waiting for the model YL which is supposed to come out in a few months. We are a family of 3 currently. Maybe to be a family of 4 in the next 1-2 years.
