I made some Korean ground beef. How does one accurately account for the calories? This time I took the protein, fats and carbos of 88/12 ground beef, brown sugar and sesame seed oil and divided them by the number of meals it prepared. The remaining ingredients did not amount to much.
Anything I should do differently? TIA.

Where to go next

I’ve been using MFWO for nine months. I really enjoy it.
63yo male. Full body workouts three days a week about 1hr 15-20mins each all generated by the app including a 10 min light warm up prior to lifting. I walk 16 miles per week divided into the other four days. Everything is done in the morning before work. I’m up at 5am and get 7hrs quality sleep per night.
I’m wondering what to do next. I’m contemplating something like “The Essentials Workout.” I don’t mind a ppl type split but I’m locked into the three days a week. My weight is holding at 174-176 lbs with 15% body fat. I’m ok with this. MF sets my caloric intake at 2467 calories per day. My goal is continuing to build muscle and increasing strength but I have no time frame, just working day to day, week to week. Modest, steady progress is acceptable.
I don’t mind the full body workouts but I’m looking to mix it up a bit. My concern is sufficient volume on three days with a ppl type split.
Thoughts?

WO losing data

Support was not helpful. I use an app generated workout. I’ve used MFWO for two months. Full body , 3 days a week. I’m in week three of a five week set. I use smart progression.
In week one, the app suggested machine assisted dips. I did them week one and two and really took to them.
Week three they are not there so I added them. The app shows it’s a new exercise with no data of the first two weeks. Support says the app says it’s a new movement. I’m perplexed.

ROC-It machines

I use a couple of them. Is there a way to know how much each plate weighs? The numbering is ridiculous.

The good and the ugly.

I had a DEXA scan in May. Their advertising claims within 2%. My readings were 20% low on muscle mass and 30% low on BF.
Hume agreed and sent me a new scale. Shipping was quick. I got it in a week. That’s the good.
The ugly is the new scale is reading the same as the old 😂.
Insanity is …
