go back test fair value gaps right now, you will find that literally 90% of them dont actually mean anything unless you're trading them at key zones. and that just means you're trading the key zone not the FVG. also "kill zones" ? what kind of dorky names are those, just say "new york, london overlap"

I know this probably gets asked a lot, but what do you guys think follows market structure, support and resistance, and trend better? Which do you trade?

I see that volume starts around 8:30 est so like an hour before open. Is it common to trade those hours? That's 5:30 my time so just wondering if I need to wake up then
