Boggles the mind that there's still no community servers taht are more than random people spamming in vehicles and griefing. (actually played a bit of PropHunt but it was barebones and prone to cheating)

I wish i wasn't a dumbass and i could code.

What is the reason for the lack of servers? Lack of tools or interest in the community for it ?

ok so you can parry infernos ult and bebop's hook and even minas rake if timed well.....

but are there abilities that can't be parried? thinking of Kelvin's freezing ray . or afterburn by inferno? lady geist's succ ?

obviously ones that give silence can't be parried but I'm interested in the actual mechanics of CounterSpell

I'm looking for resources that teach the system design and technology selection side of software development .

Basically, how to think about the components that make up different types of products and why you'd choose one approach over another.

Books, courses, YouTube channels, blogs, newsletters, or anything else you've found valuable would be greatly appreciated.
