Help with the strangest sound coming from my ‘21 MME

‘21, job 2, premium, AWD, Extended range MME and I haven’t had many issues with this car nearing 100,000 miles. However, lately when I’ve been parking it outside with the motor running it sounds like someone bounces a basketball once on an EXACT regular interval.

Sometimes it’s exactly 45 seconds, other days it’s exactly 53 seconds but I can literally set my stopwatch to it. At first I thought it was a distant door slamming, but I started noticing the regular interval.

I can’t tell where the noise is coming from, but it makes sitting in the car relaxing in the spring air annoying for sure. Anyone else have similar experience?
