Even after proper mapping of mouse inputs with right stick, the input of that is simply not taken

Actually, using luatools, I have added multiple games to my library, some are installed on my PC as well, but the issue is, since yesterday, my ISP (Jiofiber, in Rawatpur, Kanpur) in my area is down and on offline steam, it simply asks me to purchase those things (then why steam doesn't explains how it got on my PC) and doesn't launches that stuff!

Can anybody explain me how to remove steam dependency, I'll do so, when internet is back or if I can do anything for now?!

I just want to ask, the device in my budget is op pad 4 with 12 gb RAM, I know, for highest coverage, 16 is must but that's not in budget (there are not much options in India, too), I also understand, even 16 doesn't ensures full coverage but that's all I can pull.

Which device I should go for? I already have covered 70% (I feel) of PC games which support controller, now the things I try, either crash or have very poor performance because of RAM!

At India, the most powerful chipset containing cheapest device, oneplus pad 4 cost 65K with 12gb RAM, but if I want 4 GB extra, I have to spend almost 50% more?

Do you think it worths spending this much?
