So I want to know if a road is declared commercial so do the buildings on that road have to pay commercialisation fees?

And if it's declared commercial does our conversation fees from residential to commercial fees get exempted?

As our property is being used for commercial purposes by a diagnostic center

So i am new to perfumes. Haven't used much. I want a long lasting perfume with not too heavy fragrance just some light and calm. And it should be budget friendly too. Thanks!!
