Could lamitcal be "working" so well it destroys my libido?

I've been on lamitcal for many years for bipolar depression and I have to think that with that and other medication is mostly works. I don't have side effects and I'm on 250mg. The anti-depressant I'm on is Wellbutrin 300mg.

My issue is that I don't feel much if any higher happy mood swings - just either depression or middle of the road. I am wondering if that middle of the road, or it working, is preventing me from having a libido. I'm not talking about side effects, I mean that because it is doing something it actually is making an aspect of my life worse.

Could this also mean that either (a) my bipolar depression isn't bipolar or (b) the medication is too high/low/wrong for the effects it is having on my body? Has anyone else noticed changes to their body similar to this?

Guanfacine - helping or hurting?

I have been having ADHD issues, which may or may not be caused by medication or underlying symptoms. I've never used to have issues focusing or doing work, but I'm on wellbutrin (150mg) and now up to 2mg of guanfacine. I think the guanfacine has both helped and hurt - I'm not anxious as I could be (or was) and I'm not as brain foggy, but I'm also more sedated all day (and still have anxiety at various times). I've been given prn ritalin which has helped undo the some of the sedation, but is this the best course of action?

Has anyone else taken guanfacine and had these issues? Has it helped or hurt more? Is the solution truly adding a stimulant everyday (or most days) to counteract the sedation? I take the guanfacine in the morning which is when I take the ritalin.

ADHD Medication Side Effects and ED

I have ED and a lot of it came from a medicine I am not taking anymore (it was an anti-depressant). I *think* the problem is better (maybe not 100% but like 1,000 times better) and I wanted to take an ADHD medicine, but I am worried about sexual side effects. I am going to talk to my doctor, but I am currently taking guanfacine 2mg which I think makes me tired during the day. Combine that with my ADHD and I have like no motivation or focus or energy.

I was looking at adderall or vyvance (or maybe a long term ritalin) to keep my focus and energy up while the guanfacine keeps the anxiety at bay, but I am so worried about sexual side effects causing ED again. I read that adderall could cause ED and loss of interest in sex (or increase it).

Does anyone have experience with taking an ADHD (Stimulant) medicine and if it has caused or did not cause ED?

Guanfacine 1mg to 2mg or L-Theanine?

I am currently taking Guanfacine at 1mg, but due to some medicine changes (Wellbutrin from 100 to 150, Lamitcal staying at 250, Rexulti from .25 to .5, and removing Pristiq) I have noticed that I have been more anxious and also like in an adhd brain fog (even talking slower because it feels like my brain is working slower). My doctor said moving up to 2mg could help with both the adhd and anxiety.

Now the question is that I was planning on starting L-Theanine as a morning supplement to try to reduce my anxiety, but is it worth it now? Is there one option that is better than the other?

My concerns are side effects and increased anxiety. The L-Theanine might make me sleepy, but it also might stop all the anxiety or at least calm it down. The Guanfacine might help overall, but I have hesitations increasing medications because I think I tend to be more sensitive to side effects. I've been taking the Guanfacine in the morning (along with everything else but the Rexulti).

I just want to reduce my anxiety while being able to stop putting off work and other activities.

Gummies v. Vape

I recently tried a 10mg thc/cbd (1:2) gummy. First time didn't do anything. Second time it was like all day and noticeable. These were hybrid gummies too.

My question is that rather than take a gummy - wait for it to work - and then have it happen all day, is vaping better for sudden and uncontrollable anxiety? I wanted to keep it CBD/THC since CBD alone didn't do anything and I'm not looking for that THC high.

Going from .25 to .5

bit of a background: I am now up to Wellbutrin 150mg and lamictal 250mg. I was on rexulti for years at .25 and I don’t know if it did anything because I was also taking pristqi 150mg. that pristqi messed me up good. tons of side effects. I also stopped taking the rexulti since it felt like such a low dose (plus I have high cholesterol and diabetes). my doctor said I should try to get the rexulti up to .5mg since I’m having bad anxiety (depression is bad but it’s been worse).

has anyone had side effects on rexulti at .5? has it worked better? sleeping hasn’t been an issue since I stopped the pristqi and I take the rexulti at night. there are certain side effects I really cannot get again.

Has anyone been to a urologist for ED?

A bit of background: I've had ED for at least the last 5 years. I think that it was a side effect of a high dose of an anti-depressant, which I am not taking anymore. Just for reference both 100mg of viagra and whatever the high dose of cialis is didn't work. I mean nothing. I've had low T for many years but none of my doctors have recommended taking a supplement. I think I am still withdrawing from my anti-depressant, but started taking cialis once a day at 5mg to try to regain anything. Anything at all.

I've been anxious about the ED so after talking to my doctors with their feedback I decided to make a urologist appointment. I don't think there are any issues, but I am worried. I'm worried nothing is going to work. I'm worried about what the urologist might say. Has anyone had similar issues or had a good experience with going to a urologist and ED?

I recently stopped taking my Pristiq (my doctor knows) going from 150 to 100 to 50mg and now I am off it completely. It has been around 2 weeks total since I began and have been taking 10mg of Viibryd. I think I had a lot of side effects from the Pristiq, but never brain zaps. The last few nights I've been waking up due to a sudden jolt of energy (the best way to describe it would be like a flash of bright light like a flash bulb) while sleeping. Not once, but several times in a short period of time while trying to go back to sleep.

Is this a brain zap? If not, has anyone experienced anything similar as a withdraw symptom or side effect?
