We need a later running light rail

Tonight’s Savannah Bananas game is two hours late in starting. Would have been over at 9.

It hasn’t even started yet. It’s 8:58.

Last train going north is at 11:36. Game will end at 11 or later.

Absolutely impossible to catch the train. 🤬

Have to have someone drive down here to pick us up now.

Our RTD system sucks.

Cowie’s Cows

Would anyone be interested in splitting a 1 hour visit on Friday at 11am in Elizabeth at Cowie’s Cows?

They charge for 1-2 or 3-6 people.

Doesn’t matter if you don’t want to interact with the animals (we are going to see their highland cows) or not.

It’s $160 for 3-6 people for 30 mins.
$200 for an hour.

Flat fee.

Looking to split with 2-3 people. There’s 3 of us and we could meet there.

Has to be Friday at 11.

Leash your dogs!!

No one should have to worry if your dog is going to attack another one because you aren’t a responsible pet owner and don’t walk your dog on a leash!

Motor Mount replacement

From everything I have read and videos I have watched, seems a motor mount needs to be replaced.

Should it be one or all three?! Better safe than sorry?

Friday night game

I am surprising my granddaughter with the game on Friday night in Denver. My grandkids fly home Saturday.

It’s supposed to rain Friday.

Will they cancel because of the weather if it in fact is raining?

She doesn’t know about the game which is good, her sister knows (she’s not a huge fan like her sister) so it wouldn’t be a huge disappointment for her but it will be for me.

Released tickets question

First time here (I have done some reading).

They released some rooftop tickets SRO only for my city.

I am unable to stand for hours on end due to a bunch of titanium in my foot.

Are there ever tickets released in regular seats?

I’m not a K club member.

Am I just out of luck?

My grandkids are visiting now (wasn’t decided until way past the usual drawing) and one is a huge fan.

Am I just out of luck?

Return policy question

Is a window AC considered a major appliance?

I can’t find much in the app on if it can be returned.

It’s only a couple years old and is no longer blowing cold air.

Flare on feet

I haven’t had a flare in years. Been on Taltz for psoriatic arthritis for a few years now. Mostly helpful, winter can be rough.

Anyways. I have some awful skin issues on my feet now. I’m using urea cream with salicylic acid, along with bag balm and plain ole Vaseline.

Some skin is raw, some really dry.

I have never had psoriasis on my feet. Just my scalp, elbows and nails. I’ve had psoriasis since I was a kid.

I’m at my wits end.

I need some help.

Can’t get into a dermatologist for a couple months, and my rheumatologist’s office closed all their locations at the end of May and my Dr hasn’t chosen where she will practice yet.

Looking for suggestions on what I can use to help me get through this.

Not sure urgent care would be able to help with anything.

Your suggestions are welcome!!

Another update to the missing (now paid)$70 tip

The store manager forwarded me the email sent to him by IC with regards to my missing tip (that I finally received thanks to him assisting me).

And guess what?!

It was a “glitch”.

And now they will reviewing other orders. 🙄

Communication is Key

I have always said that communication with customers is key.

Photo order is accepted, (she added items before i started shopping, I actually refunded 2 items), immediately after delivery, the upped tip and comment.

This was a Safeway order.

Updated on missing $70 tip

Well well.

Two weeks ago today as per the store manager, I emailed the District E-commerce manager about the missing $70 tip.

I hadn't heard anything back although I had emailed asking for any update and the store manager actually stopped me this morning and asked if I had heard from DEM. Told him I had not. (He thought maybe he was left off a reply to me).

So he (store mgr) told me he was going to reach out to DEM. I spoke to store Mgr around 10am.

I received an email from DEM at 12:48pm today telling me it had been escalated higher up and they had also reached out to IC Trust & Safety.

Shortly after I received the email from DEM, that $70 tip showed up in my earnings.

Yep. There was the missing $70.

I did reply to the email letting store Mgr and DEM know it had shown up in my account.

I went back into the store to talk to the store manager a couple hours ago. He hadn't read the emails, he was busy with it being a holiday weekend.

He (store mgr) told me the emails went to several people after my initial email, climbing up the chain and to IC trust and safety. That the DEM had told him he wasn't sure what else he could do to help me at this point.

Store manager did know that the store had paid that money to IC. (Remember it was an online pay order, the customer pays the store, and tip money gets paid out to the store, store to IC and then to the shopper).

So, apparently IC T&S got spooked or something after getting an email from Kroger and paid that tip out.

I venmo'd the woman back her $70 she sent after this initially happened (and her bank would not allow her to dispute the $70 charge.

So yes, had I not know who the customer was, I would have never received that $70.

My email to IC T&S when it first happened went unanswered.

This isn't over. Not sure yet how I will proceed BUT just know they are in fact stealing tips again.

Next update on missing $70 tip

I met with the store manager this morning. We have had a great working relationship for years now.

I explained what happened to him and I showed him all the proof of the missing tip. He made a couple phone calls and was given the direction to email me along with the person he was speaking to, so I could reply to them both about what has transpired and could send all the screenshots from both my shopper account and bank account as well as the customers emailed receipt and bank info showing the tip was taken from her account.

The person who gave the direction will go to someone in Krogers corporates e-commerce division.

The ball is rolling.

Should they come back to us (myself and the customer as I made sure to CC her) with proof they paid that tip to IC, the next step will be to contact IC legal dept and any and all corporate executives I can figure out emails to.

I don't expect to hear from Kroger until next week, as it is now past normal office hours. Which is OK.

The customer has venmo'd me the tip. But now she is out $140 instead of $70 as of right now.

**update - I filed a report with the FTC tonight only to have it state that they don’t resolve individual complaints**

I spent over an hour on the phone (most of the time on hold) today with SH.

Spoke with two different agents. Second was a T1 agent, who claims to have tried to get me to a T2 but no one was available. Whatever.

I emailed the T1 agent all the screenshots from the customer as well as my text with her about her communication with Kroger.

Agent claims to have “escalated “ this. She said she could see the tip and that I did not receive it.

I told her she had until 8pm tonight to email me back regarding this before I go to IC legal, the state AG and the FTC.

**I have been a shopper for 9 years, I know how all this works, for those who think I am new.**

The $70 tip has posted to the customers account.

Never made it to my account.

This order was done directly from the stores website.

She called Kroger today. And they told her to have me contact IC, which I did half the day on Sunday.

I will talk to the store manager if he is working tomorrow and maybe he can help me with a phone number or names/email, that she and I can conference call or cc email with.

If I can’t get anywhere with this, I have sent the customer screenshots from my app and bank account showing I never received the $70 tip which was made after delivery.

I have told her to hold off sending me the $70 via Venmo until I talk to the store manager.

If I get no where, she will dispute the transaction with the bank.

FTC is on my contact list.

I shop often for someone who tips after delivery. Never ever an issue until yesterday.

Her receipt shows she tipped $70.

My pay shows $0.

SH is giving me the run around. More so in chat. I was able to speak to someone (well a few people) and the last person told me they see they tipped $70 (I had to email them the photo) and tried to figure out where it was. Of course after a certain time I was hung up on. Like every other phone call prior to her. And of course I am not on an active batch now, I can’t get through.

Customer will wait to see if the full amount including tip posts to her bank account (right now the full amount is pending).

They contacted Kroger and she was told the tip to me (on my end) would update in 24-48 hours. Which we all know is BS. It changes immediately.

If I don’t get it tomorrow, she will dispute the charge with her bank and Venmo me.

(Yes, I have her cell number).
