What is an 'innie' and why must this cell be a 1? (Cracking the cryptic puzzle #41)

this is new to me. my wifi card in my pc is broken and only allows wired ethernet, and I was using the ethernet cord for downloading on my console at the time, so I ended up coming across this issue. What a horrible design decision. what boggles my mind the most is that it isn't even hardcoded to just allow the default name "Forza"
Version 22H2 (19045.6466)
I have tried everything from what I can find online to what AI recommends. It's worth noting that sfc \scannow did in fact find broken stuff and fixed it, but the issues are still happening.
I believe it's on all trim versions from that year because I've also seen it on a bio.
Black Ops 7 is currently on sale on Steam, and most of the time whenever a game is on sale, it actually says somewhere on the page how long the sale will last. I can't find it for Activision. The conspiracy theorist in me wants to say they've made some deal with Steam to hide that info. Does anybody know how long the sale will be for?
I had signed out of my microsoft account and restarted my computer to fix a SEPARATE issue of the game not recognizing my purchase, but when I signed back into the xbox app (and windows store and settings) then relaunched COD, it keeps crashing every time. I tried repairing files twice thru the xbox app, which didn't work. Whenever I try to repair it in settings > apps > search "call of duty" > click "advanced options", it LITERALLY crashes the settings app. Anyone know of a fix other than a fresh install?
