i think the demo version now is just going to be a small version of what we will get during EA but because it don't look like anything much and due to that I have a hard time telling and if anything major will happen then.
many rpg exist but then they are not fps and trying to mimick as one with customization feels very off at the same time and then again fps game while in the way I want are usually only in pvp or some other format that is not rpg. otherwise it tries this but then one or the other mechanic feel so out of place that it mind as well not exist or that it only exist for specific scenario. what a proper rpg and fps is combined that is what I like just like how well done elden ring managed to combined both soulslike and rpg.
games like battle aces feels rtt to me so I am not interested but unfortunately game like starcraft feel like you are expected to significantly participate in micro and macro and I cannot count how many times I micro too much and forgot to macro and that costed me the game or unknowingly send my army to death just because I am not controlling it due to being too busy managing my base which angers me hard.
When applying you have to state your mental state and if you say you have problem I feel this may affect your ability to get in and being unable to work with problem people feel very normal so it should not affect your process but it may. It is very normal to have different characters and for problem people very normal no one can work with such people so it feel like there shouldn't be anything wrong while being made to play along is the one that is senseless and expecting people to have same character is just senseless too.
There are more than management but the problem is that management ends up being the very core and the further you play the more important it is to get this proper and right which I greatly dislike that it holds this importance of a weight. I am not discounting the need to manage but it should not be such that the whole game is basically about this and that anything else exist more for show than actual stuffs and I don't care where and how it exist as long as it shows up this especially when it should not like how even in rts game literally 100% of the whole game is management sim not just at that some particular part which annoys me greatly when people said management is the main of main aspect in that game to the point where by right other parts shouldn't exist at all.

Some people enjoy the army control part of the game more and some want the base control so we just each have our own preference but yet it feels like the former is not very correct to some people. It is not like I don't plan to play both I just prefer it heavily on one side or at least a proper option where we can choose to specialized one over another rather than being forced to just one side

Not going to rant so won't be describing much about what is wrong. Player who have played this game for a long time consistently wanting to progress very far or have rage quitted will know exactly what is the problem and for those who never you can go look it up. If reboot server seems like the answer to what i want I would say that for MapleStory at least no trading is one of the worst design to exist not sure how suited this implementation is for other games as it also lock you out of important stuff in a way since you can't rely on others to get for you and for regular server you are locked out of important item because it is way way way too hard to acquire a reasonable amount and of course i am not planning on having a deep discussion about MapleStory so don't sidetrack.
Was asking for game and told what i dislike but apparently it wasn't received as a rant and I am thinking not to describe what I don't want anymore but I don't think this is the way too. Like i dislike a game that important stuff are locked behind extremely difficult to access model so I will have to say.
Programming seems out of this criteria since not only do you have to learn the language which itself is already a hell but you have to also think out of the box and read between the lines in order to properly get things done which overall seems like a very overwhelming job. Best if it can be almost menial but if not possible then at least as minimal as possible not like the way programming is which the ceiling and floor are so high up. It can be anything mixed with IT but IT is a must to exist.
