My NUFC stadium concept (no AI)

My work in progress design concept relocates the stadium to Leazes Park, embedding the structure within one of Newcastle's most historic and scenic green spaces. With a green space created where St James' Park once stood.

The design draws on a range of contextual influences:

Modern archways reinterpret the forms found in the Black Gate and Castle Keep, blending tradition with contemporary geometry.

The ETFE roof structure is inspired by magpie wings, capable of glowing in various colours and projecting dynamic visuals to engage fans outside the ground.

From the side, the entire stadium arcs gently; a subtle homage to the Tyne Bridge, creating a new architectural icon within the city skyline.

This is a concept that continues to evolve, considering every moment of the fan experience, from the approach through Leazes Park to the way the structure comes alive at night.

In the next stage of the project, I'll be exploring how the current St James' Park site could be reimagined as

parkland, creating a symbolic and physical journey between the club's past and its imagined future home.

Hi All,

Like a lot of people, life seems to be taken up by the 9-5 routine and I am looking to meet new people and try new activities.

I am a male in my early 30s and enjoy things like, architecture, art, gaming, reading, bowling, mini golf, that type of thing.

I know it is not always easy meeting new people, at least for me anyway but I would love to hear from likeminded people! I work in architecture and need some brain respite haha.

Looking forward to hearing from you all and any activity suggestions you may have :)
