What do you think about my Chart?
First of all, my progesterone was tested through a blood test, and ovulation has been confirmed.
How would you interpret my current chart?
Mira told me this morning that my period may be starting soon.
I am currently 10 DPO. FRER negative so far.
Yesterday I had some very mild cramps, and I’ve had extremely sore breasts since around 6 DPO.
Do you think there is still a chance that I could be pregnant, or am I out this cycle?
What does an ideal chart typically look like when conception has occurred, and which values should I pay attention to?
What are considered optimal hormone levels (besides the PDG) or values after ovulation and in early pregnancy?
I would really appreciate your thoughts and experiences. 😊

Mucinex?

Hey everyone,

I’m thinking about taking Mucinex this cycle because I don’t seem to have much cervical mucus (CM).

I bought 1200mg each pill, but I’m not sure about the dosage. I’ve read that many people take 600 mg, but this product contains 1200 mg per dose.

What do you think? I need to start today, and I won’t have a chance to buy a different one.

What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance

Hilfe!!!

Hello everyone,

I’m not sure if my request fits here or if it’s welcome, but I’ll try anyway.

I am 33 years old and had a missed miscarriage in January 2026. Since then, I have been trying to get pregnant again and I’m starting to feel desperate. It just doesn’t seem to work.

I am putting myself under a lot of pressure. I mostly avoid alcohol and don’t drink more than 200 mg of caffeine per day. I track my cycle and measure my BBT. I take all possible prenatal supplements—from CoQ10 (ubiquinol) to baby aspirin (I also have Raynaud’s disease), omega-3, vitamin D3, magnesium, ashwagandha, and folic acid.

I am restricting my life and my joy almost completely because of my wish to become pregnant.

Does anyone have any tips on what I could do? I can’t cope with this TTC pressure anymore.

My hope is that with the Mira tracker I can better understand my cycle and hopefully get pregnant again.

Does anyone here have a tracker they no longer need and would be willing to sell to me?

Kind regards
