Question regarding foreign licence/discrepancy

Hello I moved to UK in January this year. Bought a car and have been driving since may. Using money supermarket I bought admiral insurance and used my international license for details etc.

Today i received email that they have found discrepancy and want me to upload my licence. Which caused me a mini heart attack and I checked my policy documents on their website and thankfully I didn't put any wrong info and type of licence says *foreign non exchangeable licence (it doesn't show licence number etc)

After so many months why would they ask me for the proof and what kind of discrepancy have they encountered?

Parking Ticket how to proceed (paid it on arrival)

I have now received this parking charge for the second time. The first time, I was able to challenge it successfully because I still had the parking payment receipt, and the charge was cancelled. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt for this occasion, but I do have my credit card statement showing the payment.

I have used this car park on three separate occasions. I have already received parking charge notices for two of those visits, and since it has not yet been a month since the third visit, I am expecting to receive another notice for that as well.

I do not understand why I am repeatedly being issued parking charges when I paid for parking immediately after getting out of my car on every visit.

Confused about car insurance after failing UK driving test while driving on a foreign licence (Admiral)

Hi,

I recently moved to the UK and I'm still legally driving on my Pakistani licence. My Admiral policy lists my licence as a non-exchangeable foreign licence.

I have a UK provisional licence only to take my practical driving test, which I'll be doing in my own car.

Admiral confirmed my car is covered for the test, but they also said that if I fail, I should be driven home accompanied by someone with a full UK licence because I don't have a UK full licence.

This confuses me because I'm still legally entitled to drive on my foreign licence. When I asked whether my policy would remain valid after a failed test and whether I could continue driving as before, they said yes.

Has anyone else been in this situation? Is this just generic advice for learner drivers, or is there an actual insurance restriction I'm missing?

Query regarding insurance during the test on own car

Hello, I am an immigrant and currently driving and practising using my international licence. I bought a car a few months ago and insured it with Admiral under a comprehensive policy. I now have my practical driving test coming up in one month's time.

I asked Admiral for clarification regarding whether my policy covers the test. The agent said I can take the test, but if I fail, I will need someone to drive me home. I asked why that was, and they said it's because I don't have a UK full licence. I replied that I am driving on my international licence, and asked whether, once I get home, I would be able to continue driving normally as I was before. They said that was correct.

I want to take the test using my own car, but I'm a bit confused by what they are saying. Also, their FAQs state that I'm covered for the driving test, and nothing like this is mentioned there.

GP Training Form R- Supervisor and Practice Changed Mid Placement. Should I generate and submit a new Form R?

Hi all, I'm a GP trainee in England due for my Educational Supervisor Review. My clinical supervisor asked me to upload my Form R on fourteen fish. When I started training, I submitted a Form R with my original practice. About a month into the placement, due to circumstances outside my control, the Deanery transferred me to another practice with a new clinical supervisor. If I download my old Form R, it still only shows my original practice. But if I create a new Form R in TIS, it shows the correct timeline. Should I generate and submit this new Form R B and later upload on fourteen fishfor my review, or keep using the one I first submitted at start of my training.

10 years old Ear

What's inside my 10 years old niece its white pearly thing with a fleshy base its been there for like 6 years now been to multiple ENT doctors some literally ignored it some labelled it as Otitis Externa.. As its been there for years its growing with her and not out growing her to block the ear canal. As reported by ENT specialists ear drum is fine. She is herself fine not hearing problems no discharge from the ear no tinnitus no balance issue. Had a cbc done few weeks ago it was okay as well. I just don't know what is that. One thing if kts poked or hard wax is pulled off of it it bleed a little not drops of blood like a scratch. I think it bilateral as I could see something similar in her other ear as well. But. Now it's really difficult as I don't have a otoscope. Reddish base is because it was scratched.

How to approach such red lights?

Saw this on Instagram video so car is coming from marton avenue onto marton road and its red light. If you straighten your car you will end up crossing the first white line. Does that red light even meant for traffic coming from right? Instructor on video marked it as a major fault as learner crosses the first line.
