Calathea Fertilization Help! 🤷

Hello all! These are my calatheas, I haven’t had many problems with them at all. lately I have been occasionally watering with natural soft fertilizer like eggshell/coffeeground/banana peel soaked water.

However recently i’ve noticed that their growth has been a bit stunted and haven’t been putting new leaves very consistently. Is this a normal phase or should i be fertilizing more/less with more/less?

Any feedback/help appreciated 🌱🐝
