I want a book that's really going to make me laugh!

Hello weird bitches. I'm currently reading Big Swiss as it was recommended as a funny book. I agree that objectively it's funny, but i don't find myself laughing whilst reading it.

I loved MYRR and Lapnova by Ottessa Moshfegh, those books often got a good chuckle out of me.

Haven't come across my favorite book in this sub yet. Has anyone read Filth by Irvine Welsh?

This is easily just the most hilariously fucked up book i've ever read. It kept me laughing the entire way through, even to the very last page. Immediately reread it the moment i was done with it. This was years ago-- haven't come across any other books that tickled me as much as this one. I read all of Irvine Welsh's other books, and i think the one that's most comparable one is Trainspotting

Spas similar to Great Jones?

Hi bitches. I was recommended Great Jones spa a while ago when I decided I hated Bathhouse.

What i like in a spa is something small, affordable, has saunas and steam rooms, and most importantly, is QUIET. This bitch can't stand meditating in a sauna and suddenly someone's fuck ass bridal shower comes in and it becomes their social hour.

Great jones is currently renovating their steam room and not offering any discount for the water lounge, which i find bs because they literally just have 1 sauna and 1 steam room, so why am i paying full price when half the amenities arent available?

The day pass for the sauna / lounge area is $60 and i'm looking to stay within that range.

Anyone else think this girl is super fucking annoying?

She comes up on my facebook. The first video I saw from her, she was in some waiting room in Waterbury and was filming everyone and making fun of how everyone was dressed. She got completely dragged in the comments.

Seems like her whole thing is that she's a rich pretentious white lady from CT and she goes around and interviews people and asks "what do you think about people from CT?" Hoping someone will bite and say something like "everyone from ct is rich and has a yacht!!" and shes like "noooo silly we have poors in Waterbury and bridgeport!!"

I don't see the point of her content. Not sure if it's ragebait or what, but i would absolutely love to see her getting trolled in Waterbury.

🚨in a predicament and need advice🚨

Hello neighbors. I came home late and found that one of my burners on my gas stove had been slightly on all night. No flame, but my apartment reeks. I am currently sitting in the stairwell of my building. I dont think i can stay in the apartment tonight with the cats. Is there a hotel around that allows cats?

And although i know the source of the gas, should i still call the fire department?

I have opened all of my windows / doors.
