Best Guitar for Modding?

Best Guitar for Modding?

Hi all, I've been wanting to get back into Guitar Hero/Clone Hero for sometime now, but first I need a guitar.

From the research I've done, seems like modding a used controller with the RetroMods Revival Kit is a good and affordable option. But my question when hunting for a used controller, are there specific models/generations that are better than others? I've been referencing this 'All First-Party Guitars' list.

This will primarily be used on PC but for future proofing sake if feasible, I would like it to work on the Switch and PS5 as well.

Best Asics for Standing/Walking All Day?

Think along the lines of Disneyland trips, etc.

I don't think most people are aware of this, but ultra plush/max cushion sneakers aren't ideal for standing and walking all day. Reason being is that when you're on ultra cushioned shoes and just standing, it constantly uses all of your leg's micro-muscles to stabilize thus resulting in fatiguing your legs, so what's more beneficial are really stabile shoes.

With that being said, I'm looking for some Asics that are good for all day walking and standing. This won't really be used for running. Thanks in advance!

Looking for a specific push button

Hey all, I need some help using a specific push button -

Right now I'm using Crown 202 with both Kailh Super Speed Silver (linear) and Bronze (clicky) switches and though I really love how quickly they actuate, I'm not really liking how short of a throw they have. The travel feels pretty minimal and it kind of fatigues my fingers after a while and really provide a lot of feedback. Also I've noticed that when fully pressed down, the plunger actually sits a little bit above the button ring when I feel it should be flush with the ring itself.

So is there a specific button where it has quick/high actuation while still providing a good amount of full press travel?

Difference between the PAW3950 and PAW3955?

I know the PAW3955 is the successor to the PAW3950, but what are the actually differences between the 2? Would there even be a noticeable difference for a user perspective? What about battery life? Is one more efficient than the other?

What do we think about the Mega Charizard EX 023 UPC Promo?

Current prices:

  • Raw: $45~
  • Sealed w/ Oricorio: $70~
  • PSA 10: $300

I think this card is gorgeous and one of my favorite charizard arts, but I also know there are a ton of copies of this card that are circulating given there was a good amount of the Charizard UPCs printed, but we also know how promos do long term.

Please Help Me Find These Sleeves…

I was at a card show this past weekend and bought a card. Upon bringing it home and removing it from the sleeve, the sleeve was the best sleeve I’ve ever come across. I’m a long time Dragon Shield user, but this is better in every aspect:

  • As you can see from the pictures, this sleeve is the same width as a dragon shield sleeve but is slightly shorter
  • It feels the exactly same thickness as a Dragon Shield (which we all love), but for some reason this other sleeve is a lot softer and more malleable, which is better as it feels better and makes inserting/removing cards easier
  • It’s also has much better clarity than dragon shields. Hard to tell from the pictures, but dragon shields have a slight wavy-ness to them, but these other sleeves are perfectly smooth

Does anyone know what kind of sleeves these are?
