if any dev see this, would be nice if players joining can see the stratagem
just pull down the title "fall of arterus" a bit lower and then just shove the entire stratagem above it. sucks that players joining have to join a game to see whats the stratagem or ask the squad leader what it is
Edit: Ok I guess I need to make some clarification because it seems that some ppl thinks that my post is stating the obvious, i.e "i join the game i see the stratagem, why need the stratagem ui?" . No, its not that. Its when you are in the lobby ALREADY with the HOST and you have no interaction with the control panel OR choosing the missions. This is what its meant for, i.e for the 2nd/3rd players who cant see the stratagem IN THE LOBBY with the HOST.

Question for some side quest and island

I am suppose to find: Luso ( in chapter 3 ) , Balthier ( After defeating Meliadoul ) by now + Midlight Deep from the port iirc. I just finish slaying Ramza brother and I have done all the errands and rumor in the tavern but I still cant get access to those 3. Any tips or ideas why this is not proccing ? Or is there a way to get it later?

what is that circle star 2 arrow down icon? its preventing me from recovery
I use the monk chakra and revive and reading the page description doesnt say anything about prevention of recovery. It says recovery 0%.
aside from that, my equipment are icebrand, crystal helm, crystal mail, chantage, auto potion.
NVM, someone commented its atheist debuff and wiki it, I found out that the Gokuu Pole I been hitting with from Rapha been doing that

Bravery question
Hi,
small quick question.
i read up regarding bravery and faith. steel + praise + preach + too high faith is bad, too low bravery is bad.
question: am i suppose to spam Steel for Ramza 4-5 times in 1 combat to increase bravery or is it use 1 steel 1 time, then finish battle, then go next battle, use steel again and finish it. Is it a 1 time used per battle or is it like Focus where you can spam the sh*t out of it.
also im assuming for other characters, i need to use praise to increase their bravery correct since they dont have access to steel?
Edit: Also since I am going 2 monk, I already have shirahadori and Brawler. What would be the best movement ability? Is it movement +2 the best or there is something else better?

questions about the game
been 3 days last i posted up. am going south now of the map. i kinda get the gist a bit of the game but a few questions i would like to ask
Is Samurai even good? I dont believe I have access to katana yet. I saw on some YT that its meh at best which uhh i am not sure if its true or not because for a class that requires so much job lvl entry to be that meh is wasting time. I heard that ninja are even better so I dont know if its a good idea to pursue Samurai if Ninja is better
How does damage calculated? Im assuming there is a hidden formula for physical attack and magical attack but what about bare fist? I dont understand how im doing so much bare fist damage (i.e my thief with knife does 20 damage while the bare fist does 40 )
Are animals worth looking into? I have a chocobo
Are some guest permanently stay as a comrade or every guest just leaves soon? I pick my 5 characters but if there are ppl going to join in later, I might as well put slots for them since its only 5 party always

Need some guidance
Started playing. Need some advice or tips in terms of hidden mechanics or things I should know
For example, it’s tactics ogre, I know that archers are kinda bad and you need those characters that breaks armour.
Also I’m fighting mages for the first time at the corpse brigade and I’m getting one shot….

Vanguard Prestige Perks uhh what to pick
Checking on the wiki to see what prestige im suppose to pick and since im going melta build, all the choices are uhhhhh bad??
ofc im going to take fortitude, launch restoration and restoration but I have 0 idea what to pick for prestige 1 and then later my 4th one.
thoughts? (also i think 8 meters is very far correct? its not the range of a melta gun i believe )

Just wanna ask 2 questions.
Currently I have a B550M with a Rx6600 and a 5600g CPU. I plan to get a new CPU since there might be a possibility of an increase in price. Google and got some results that says the 5600 or the 5600x. Not sure whats the difference since I read its quite miniscule but just to confirm, those are my only choices for the best performance for the 6600 correct?
The other thing is, does anyone know why my friend pc would be able to open windows/start the OS, and then it has a 50-50% chance to either crash and restart the pc or it be fine. Like when I tried opening VLC, it just lags, crash and then restart. After the restart, it becomes alright.
I couldnt check whats the problem via Event Viewer since it only states that "a crash occur/power disruption/sudden loss of power" but it never answer what causes it to crash. I am worried this frequent thing will cause the HDD/SDD to break eventually
