A6500 or a6400 better at photography than a6000?

Hello, I am wondering which would be better for taking stock photos for an online store

Just taking pictures of items and listing them for sale

I currently have an a6000 and was wondering if it was worth the trade of a few hundred dollars to buy a a6400 or an a6500 to help improve my stock photos for my online store

Or should I just use my Google pixel 5 phone camera which seems okay enough?
