Need some help (read description)
So I found this multi melta and want to give it to one of my guys because it would look pretty cool but the problem is that the powerpack doesn't fit wich would mean the cable in the lower left wouldn't be connected to anything. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's wireless meltas, especially not multi meltas, so I figured what if it was connected to some sort of servitor or mobile powertation or something among those lines but for that I'd need to extend that cable and I just have no idea on how to do that since I rarely kitbash :(

Anyone know how this was painted?
When I saw this model, I immediately went, "I want the same!" But im guessing im a little afraid of maybe ruining a dozen models before getting it right, so I figured maybe some of you might be able to help.

As the title says, I wanna start an army, but I am on a tight budget, so I thought about getting grim guards instead but switching out the heads. Is that something that could work?
