As you likely know, abortion funds across the country provide essential financial and logistical support to women seeking care, especially those coming from states where access is severely restricted. The Abortion Fund of Maryland has become a critical access point working with thousands of patients each year.

Every dollar donated to the campaign right now will be matched 1:1, doubling the impact of your donation. Importantly, 100% of donations go directly to patients, covering the cost of their care, as well as travel, lodging and other necessities to ensure safe access to services. None of these funds will be used for administrative costs. 

I don't know where you stand personally.  But as the father of a daughter and the grandfather to two granddaughters, five and nine years old, this is not an abstract issue for me.  It is about dignity, safety and the ability for women to make decisions about their own lives with the support they need.
