Which one is better?

I understand babies are something that's are said to complete family n all that stuff. Men will be a father and have the participation in this conversation indeed. But shouldn't the women get to make the final decision if she wants it or not? she's the one who's going to play a major role as mother, getting pregnant, delivery, recovery, feeding, etc. We all know how much men in India contribute in growing babies, they'll give money, products and toys, etc but aren't really present dads. It'll be the women's body that will go through all the trauma which isn't joke at all. Babies aren't toys that you get from shop but individual human beings which comes with responsibility.

I've seen men complaining about women having separate train coaches, leaves, etc. like it's something to be jealous or its a privilege they've been awarded with. Why?
