Feeling emboldened by my improvised single serve air fryer cake I decided to tackle banana bread.
Because I had a banana slowly dying on my counter.
1 part banana, 1 part sugar, 1.5 parts flour, .5 part butter, 1 egg, .5ish tsp of baking soda.
Autopsy:
I neglected to cream the butter and sugar together first.
It rose funny and cooked unevenly
I need a better vessel than this glass bowl but it's the only heat proof dish that fits in my tiny air fryer
Baked at a more reasonable 320f. Took a while. The top was a little overdone and the bottom a little underdone.
Overall I rank it pretty not bad.
We all love our Captains, they're the best of the best. But they're also not perfect and sometimes they need a dressing down just like anyone.
The great for me will always be Odo ejecting Sisko from the game in Take Me Out to the Holosuite. It was ao satisfying. Benjamin was being an ass and needed a time out to get his head on straight.
